They have a great product range, great prices across their entire store and their service is excellent. John Lewis is one of my favourite online shops. It's an easy to use site which you can quickly search for items or browse through the categories. The pictures are excellent and the information on the products is good too so you know exactly what you're buying.

The site is nicely laid out so you can see at the bottom of the page other items you've previously looked at. Handy if you decide you want a second look, or have got distracted by some other lovely stuff there. Each category is packed with top brand name products and they have some great items exclusive to them and their own John Lewis brand offers great value.

Every department within the store is laid out in the same way with a left hand navigation menu to use to drill down the options - to go back a cateogry simply look under the horizontal headings for the directory steps you've taken and go back as many levels as you like.
